Rental

HTV Systems operates television and internet rental in either of two styles: attendant-based and call-centre based. In the call-centre paradigm, each bedside is equipped for television service and the patient activates the TV, phone, or internet by phoning our call centre or visiting our rental website. In the attendant-based system, an HTV sales representative operates from an office in the hospital. The sales representative visits patients daily to set up rentals in person and maintain the patient entertainment system.

WebRent

WebRent is an online service which allows for client-side service rental. A patient or friend can access the HTV WebRent website and rent television and/or internet service from within the hospital or remotely. Service is activated immediately, and all transactions are secure. If the patient is transferred or discharged from the healthcare facility before the rental period is up, they may call the call centre and the television or internet service will be transferred or refunded accordingly.

Contract Models

HTV Systems offers three flexible types of contracts: traditional rental, in which HTV takes care of the entire rental program; joint venture, in which HTV sells the client the equipment while the client maintains the rental; and total sale.
